My first stop!

So I have finally arrived at my first stop!

After being seen off by some friends at the airport the big trip started to get going. As per normal the flight was liveable as I managed to get a bit of sleep. However, after arriving I spend over two hours waiting to get through immigration. They had a huge area with kiosks that non-US citizens and residents can use, however, they for some reason instead made everyone line up for 1.5 before deciding to let us go through.

I then managed to get to my hostel and then to the local mall to buy a SIM card plan. I am so grateful that google lets their maps work offline as the streets are confusing with a one way system and as you can see from the pic this is their idea of a bus stop on the side streets.

I’m now looking forward to laying down and getting some sleep before my first full day tomorrow.
